There is a lot to say about food. How the food industry has systematically lowered the nutritional quality of our foods. How we have been taught to ignore signals from our body from an early age. How allopathic medical practitioners still refuse to acknowledge the full effects that food has on our overall health. How food has become an emotional minefield. How there is a huge industry profiting on our food insecurities and longing for clean, healthy eating.

I’m by no means a food saint. But I am aware of the foods that I eat and how my body reacts to them. I have spent years working with food as part of a healing process. In this blog I share some simple ways to add healthy foods to your diet.
